Each of our reports are prepared onsite during our inspection of the property. Our specialised reporting app is key to ensuring we capture all the relevant information, inputting images and details, as we’re assessing them.

We welcome our clients to attend the inspection with Jackson (if possible), to ensure they get the most out of their inspection reports. Whilst it is important that the inspector is not obstructed or distracted during the assessment, he will be glad to provide advice after the completion of the inspection. For ongoing support, you are welcome to call Jackson with any questions regarding the inspection findings, so that he can help you clarify any concerns you may have.
